Boom-room is an online service for searching information about air tickets, train and bus tickets, hotels and other travel services offered for purchase by Partners.
Agreement - this document with all additions, changes and mandatory documents specified in it, as well as an agreement concluded on its basis between the Operator and the User.
User - an individual who accepts the terms of the Agreement, has full legal capacity, has his own e-mail address, computer or mobile device, access to which is at his personal disposal.
Operator - Geography Travel Agency Limited Liability Partnership, together with other legal entities included in its group of persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data, such as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The processing of Personal Data can be carried out by the Operator in both automated and non-automated ways.
Personal data - information independently provided by the User during registration or use on the Site (name, surname, gender, e-mail address).
Personal account - a personal section of the Site, to which the User gets access after authorization on the Site. The Personal Account is designed to store the User's personal data for the convenience of the User's subsequent use of the Site.
